OBGYN Physician Opportunity in Iowa
- Close to Des Moines and Omaha

This is an opportunity for the right physician to practice full-spectrum OB/GYN with autonomy, surgical volume, and a growing patient base drawn from across southwest Iowa. Enjoy a supportive, well-resourced team and a call model designed for sustainability in a welcoming rural setting.

Practice Overview

Full-spectrum OB/GYN practice including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, laparoscopic gynecology, hysterectomy, and infertility care
4 Day work week with shared 1:4 call. Option for block schedule available
Professional autonomy-   Providers design their own clinic templates and visit lengths
OR block time available; surgical flexibility supported by modern facilities and robotics planning
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $500,000 plus RVU bonus potential
$200,000 Signing Bonus plus $10,000 relocation support
9 Weeks of PTO + 1 week CME time with $4,500 CME
Full malpractice including tail, 100% employer-paid health insurance, retirement with matching, and direct assistance with loan repayment
2026/2027 residents are welcome to apply- residency stipend available
