South Des Moines Family Medicine
practice. Serving the community for the past 25 years, our long-term staff is dedicated to community service and embodies the Mercy One mission.
- Outpatient Practice
- Join a team of 1 Physician and 3 APPs
- 4-day work week
- Average of 18-20 patients per day
- Call: 1-5 rotation
- Diabetic Counselor, Social Worker, Community Health Worker
- On-site Lab
- J1 and H1B candidates welcome
- 2-year income guarantee of $290,100 /yr + production incentives
- $150,000 Bonus Package
- CME allowance of $6,000
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Eligible
