• Provide palliative care for children facing chronic, complex and/or life‑threatening conditions and their families in the clinic, hospital, long‑term care facility, or home.
• Provide palliative care for mothers whose baby has been diagnosed with a chronic, complex and/or life‑threatening condition in utero.
• Participate in comprehensive medical and psychosocial evaluation of patients and families, skilled and meticulous symptom management, and discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Serve as a clinical and educational role model and mentor.
• Provide care and support in collaboration with the primary care team.
• Ensure compliance with practice standards and codes.

• MD or DO.
• Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Pediatrics.
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice.
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1‑B cap exempt).
