On-site coverage two (2) days per week; 16 hours/week (Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM)

Covered Required Procedures Colonoscopy via colostomy Diagnostic colonoscopy (without biopsy) Colonoscopy with biopsy(ies) Colonoscopy with ablation of tumor/polyp/lesion Colonoscopy with removal of tumor/polyp/lesion by hot forceps Colonoscopy with removal of tumor/polyp/lesion by snare technique Colonoscopy with submucosal injection Colonoscopy with control of bleeding Diagnostic EGD EGD with biopsy(ies) EGD with removal of tumor/polyp/lesion by hot forceps EGD with removal of tumor/polyp/lesion by snare technique EGD with variceal banding EGD with control of bleeding
Job Requirements Licensure:
Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine ABIM Internal Medicine with Subspecialty Certification in Gastroenterology
Certifications:
BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) DEA Certificate:
Required NPI:
Required Minimum of two (2) years of experience
Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient gastroenterology care Perform diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy and EGD procedures Deliver high-quality direct patient care (99%) with minimal administrative duties (1%) Collaborate with facility staff and specialty teams as applicable Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within CPRS
