Mercy One Des Moines Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join its Hospitalist group as a Nocturnist. The position offers a base salary with incentives, including paid malpractice, $50,000 sign‑on bonus, a 403(b) match, and comprehensive day‑one benefits.

Mercy One Des Moines Medical Center is a Level II Trauma center that has served the community since 1893.
