Position:
Interior Designer

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join a growing development team. This role will focus on projects including hotels, restaurants, and mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, and technical documentation, with the ability to translate design concepts into compelling visual presentations and construction-ready drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative interior design concepts for hospitality projects
  • Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations
  • Create and maintain detailed models using Sketch Up and Revit
  • Generate photorealistic renderings using Lumion
  • Prepare construction documents and detailed drawings in AutoCAD
  • Select finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers
  • Ensure brand standards and project timelines are met
  • Conduct site visits and assist with installations as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Sketch Up
    • Revit
    • Lumion
    • AutoCAD
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D renderings and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
