Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-focused role Comfortable using technology; at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or similar platforms Previous experience in a call center or contact center environment is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm/CST, with some holidays required
