We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Experience Team Member to assist clients in gathering event details and ensuring seamless coordination for their events large or small.

Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Team Member
, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate the event planning process by gathering necessary details, confirming logistics, and ensuring they receive outstanding service. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Client Communication & Coordination:
    Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
  • Gather and confirm essential event details, such as venue information, rental needs, delivery schedules, and setup preferences.
  • Guide clients through available rental options, ensuring their selections align with their event vision.
  • Communicate any special requests or changes to the operations and logistics teams.
  • Order & Logistics Management:
    Ensure all rental orders are accurately documented and updated in the system.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to verify inventory availability and delivery timelines.
  • Customer Experience & Problem-Solving:
    Provide prompt and professional assistance to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively offer solutions to ensure a stress-free event experience.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm final details and address any last-minute concerns.
  • Team Collaboration & Process Improvement:
    Work alongside Delivery and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and overall client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to better assist clients.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Prior customer service or event coordination experience preferred but not required.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to track event details and ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Suite, and scheduling software.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to last-minute changes and occasional weekend or evening work based on event needs.
