Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Act as the first escalation point for clients by answering service calls and inquiries, providing assistance in a professional manner, and dispatching service technicians.
  • Client Service: answer all incoming telephone calls, maintain good client relations, and provide clear communication. Ensure all work orders contain all relevant information.
  • Emailed Work Orders: enter emails received into the inbox, upload work orders into the system, and forward updates to the appropriate parties.
  • Dispatching: coordinate with technicians and branch personnel to schedule work and manpower after hours and on holidays. Dispatch the appropriate technician to the appropriate service call and continuously update the dispatch board. Maintain the call schedule according to order of importance, considering location, and clear the unassigned grid at the end of its assigned time.
  • Dispatch Board Maintenance: continuously update the dispatch board and maintain the call schedule, ensuring the unassigned grid is clear at the end of the assigned time.
Requirements
  • Previous coordinating and dispatching or inbound call‑center experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Availability: work 5 days a week from 9:00 a.m./10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m./9:00 p.m. and at least one weekend day.
