We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee and execute large‑scale commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through completion. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

• Lead field operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate all aspects of jobsite activity, including subcontractors, materials, inspections, and permitting.
• Enforce and champion health and safety best practices.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and internal leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior field staff.

• Minimum of 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
• Ability to travel as required and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
