Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support our Electrical Construction Project Management team. This role will assist the Lead Project Manager in organizing and controlling electrical project activities by tracking risks, opportunities, schedules, and overall project status. • Assist the Lead Project Manager with day-to-day coordination of electrical construction projects
• Prepare, review, and maintain purchase orders, submittals, invoices, subcontracts, RFIs, change orders, timesheets, and other project documentation
• Manage and review work orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clarity
• Support project billing schedules and assist with timely invoicing
• Monitor remote time entry systems for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with estimating and takeoffs as needed
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to complete required documentation
• Support material requisitions, pricing, and collaborate with Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, field personnel, and clients

• Perform additional project-related duties as assigned

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
• 0–5 years of experience in electrical construction, project coordination, or project management preferred
• Experience with electrical contractors, commercial or industrial projects is a plus
• Equivalent hands-on construction experience will be considered
