We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Representative to join our team in the Des Moines area with pay starting  a Construction Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate construction projects
• Review project plans and specifications
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Inspect and monitor construction progress
• Address any issues or delays that may arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience in construction project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
