Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

Our construction superintendents are responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution of work for assigned construction projects. They provide overall administrative and technical directions on projects and uphold company and project policies, ensure jobsite safety, maintain customer interface and ensure our projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. On average, they manage two to five multi-million-dollar construction projects per year.

Skills & Qualifications include:

• Minimum eight years' industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional client interaction skills and developing trade partner relationships
• The ability to travel to project locations primarily located in Iowa; must be able to travel up to 6-8 hours from home
• OSHA 10 hour
• Valid driver's license
