• Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy
• Execute leases & income/asset certifications for residents
• Collect and process rent and security deposit payments
• Adhere to fair housing laws and Newbury Living processes & procedures
• Provide professional resident relations

• 3+ years of apartment management experience preferred
• Must possess a valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Tax Credit property management experience preferred
• A compassionate and patient approach when working with seniors
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal, written communication skills, and computer skills

• Interact respectfully with residents: Novice
• Microsoft Excel: Novice

• Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
• Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity
