Please note: This position is open to working remotely in the United States.

Works directly with Claims leaders, Commercial Lines, and E&S/S (CLESS) senior leaders, and P&C senior leadership to provide high‑quality data solutions that support Claims strategy. Responsible for creating, packaging, and communicating insights and analytics to senior leadership to assist strategic decision‑making.

• Partner with CLESS and P&C senior business leaders to understand their data needs and guide solution design, ensuring timely delivery of meaningful reports and analytics.
• Deliver accurate executive reporting and insights to leaders in Claims, Finance, Reserving, Pricing, Underwriting, etc., and oversee report preparation and database training.
• Manage expectations and establish SLA frameworks with business partners, ensuring consistent, timely, and high‑quality deliverables.
• Drive strategic priorities within the Claims Insights and Analytics organization, enabling data‑informed decisions and improving severity management.
• Refine E&S/S, CL, and NWAG data architecture to support advanced analytics and decision‑support tools, influencing standard practices and data quality.
• Oversee associate performance, salary planning, training, workflow, hiring, and day‑to‑day management for the team.
• Lead deep‑dive analytics using hypothesis testing and statistical techniques to provide critical insights to CLESS Claims leaders.
• Oversee CLESS Claims AI investments and global sourcing initiatives to build a future‑ready data organization.

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, management information, business, mathematics, finance, accounting, risk management, insurance, or a related field; graduate studies preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in planning, designing, and implementing P&C financial and operational measurement initiatives.

• Extensive experience leading large, multi‑layered teams and influencing senior leaders through problem‑solving.

• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills; executive presence and the ability to articulate future vision across diverse audiences.
