Calculated Hire is in search of a Business Execution Consultant II for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:
Job Description- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Business Execution.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low‑to‑medium risk deliver الملاب.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
- Strong attention to detail with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience in billing and data analysis with proven ability to generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with merchant operations (preferred).
- Solid background in risk management and control processes.
- Highly responsible, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively across multiple lines of business.
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
This position is in Merchant Services Operations on the Billing Operations team.
Core Responsibilities & Skills- Procedure Management:
- Experience writing and reviewing procedures.
- Ability to identify updates needed during training and raise items for revision.
