Sales Manager - Cabinetry Division

Seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team focused on serving and growing our builder customer base. This role will champion sales strategy, strengthen key relationships, and drive revenue growth across all builder accounts. We’re looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands the building industry, and is passionate about developing people and partnerships.

Base Pay Range

$75,000.00 / yr - $95,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Salespeople to achieve targets and deliver an exceptional experience to builder partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies that support growth across all territories.
  • Leverage data to refine sales plans, improve account performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage incentives, promotional programs, and builder rebates that encourage increased product adoption and deeper account engagement.
  • Represent the organization at HBA events and industry functions to strengthen existing relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Maintain oversight of all builder account relationships, ensuring consistent communication, service excellence, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, operations, and logistics—to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer programs.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably within construction, building materials, cabinetry, or related sectors.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and implementing strategic sales initiatives that deliver measurable growth.
  • Comfortable attending industry events and representing the organization in a professional, relationship‑focused manner.
