As an Administrative Assistant
, you will:
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Recovery and Claims Services team within Enterprise Benefits. This role serves as a key departmental resource, handling a wide range of administrative tasks including call center support, documentation processing, case setup, and coordination of employee leave and accommodation-related services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and manage inbound call center telephone calls while providing professional and timely responses.
- Process incoming mail, faxes, and documentation, ensuring accurate entry and routing of forms, reports, and correspondence.
- Set up new cases and manage documentation related to employee leave benefits and accommodations.
- File and maintain legal forms, electronic records, and case documentation.
- Process authorizations and internal documentation workflows.
- Draft, transcribe, and format correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and presentation materials.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements when needed.
- Manage databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems.
- Support departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Process expense reimbursements for travel and professional expenses.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to other team members when needed.
- Demonstrate strong judgment, initiative, and attention to detail while maintaining high service standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong administrative support experience with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to manage call center responsibilities, documentation processing, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency using computers and standard office equipment (computers, printers, phone systems, copiers/fax machines, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, decision-making ability, and follow-through.
- Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITSPay Range*: $19 - $20 per hour
