Position PurposeResponsible for providing support and coordinates a broad spectrum of communication. This is a role with diverse skills that includes excellent communication, the ability to coordinate services, collate and document outcome information, coordinate schedules, meetings, and assist with scheduling educational engagements.
Job Duties- Maintains computerized schedules for Team and coordinates meetings.
- Prepares agendas, schedules rooms, prepares drafts, completes minutes and distributes final copies for various meetings as requested.
- Makes necessary arrangements for administrative and daily meetings for Director and Medical Director, attending and taking minutes at such meetings, distributing meeting minutes and related material to appropriate individuals; and may follow-up on actions taken at meetings.
- Maintains outcome information, collates patient and provider satisfaction surveys.
- Schedules meetings with various physicians as requested.
- Receives visitors/clients and notifies appropriate person of their arrival.
Full Time; 40/week
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years recent diversified clerical/typing and word processing;
Excel and Outlook experience; utilize e-mail and other various functions.
