Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring a Documentation Specialist. You will Prepare and process sales documents and contracts for our sales teams—compensation up to $21/hour.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Documentation Specialist:
  • Prepare and process sales documents and contracts for the IT and copier sales teams
  • Coordinate with leasing partners to request special rates, terms, and conditions as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and leasing providers to address questions and resolve issues
  • Perform additional administrative and team support tasks as needed

  • Extensive software skills required including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written communication.
  • Attention‑to‑detail, research, and organizational skills.
