Aboutthe Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will take incoming service calls, schedule technicians for customer visits to address emergency requests and preventative maintenance services. You will exhibit strong attention to detail while coordinating part ordering, issuing purchase orders, and assisting customers with invoicing/billing questions. This role will also involve assisting with the assembly of proposal and bidding documents and processing maintenance contracts and renewals.
You will be responsible for maintaining customer database information and generating monthly reports.
Ideal candidate should bring to Ahern two to five years of administrative support type experience, preferably within the construction industry, and/or a completed Associate's degree in an administrative program. Those who will excel as a Service Coordinator will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and technical inclination to learn industry-specific software will be essential.
