Maintenance Painter - Social Housing Refurbishments Full-time | Permanent | Driving Licence Required We're looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Painter to join our refurbishment team working across void social housing properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out internal painting and decorating works on social housing refurbishments Prepare surfaces to a high standard, including filling, sanding, and priming Complete minor repairs as required to support refurbishment works Travel between properties and sites as required (company vehicle may be provided depending on role) Requirements Proven experience as a painter or maintenance decorator Full UK driving licence (essential) Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a wider refurbishment team
