A nonprofit organization in Derry/Londonderry is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to lead training programs for Peer Mentors under the Peace of Mind project. The candidate will be responsible for designing and evaluating development programs, providing support to mentors, and ensuring alignment with project goals. Requirements include a Level 4 qualification in Education & Training and at least three years of relevant experience.

A valid UK driving license is also mandatory. The salary is £31,346 per annum for a 36-hour work week on a temporary contract.
