Director (Building Surveying)

Location:

Cardiff (hybrid basis). Salary up to £110,000 + bonus + benefits.

As Director (Building Surveying) you will lead the office and oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring tasks are delivered effectively and operations are scaled appropriately. You will also undertake building surveying duties, manage your own projects across significant developments, and drive profitability through traditional business‑development activities.

• Chartered Building Surveyor / MRICS or FRICS
• Experience as a Director (Building Surveying), Head of Office, Partner, or similar role
• Experience working within a consultancy

• Experience working in Industrial, Commercial, or Office environments
