Overview

Croft Farm is a small but active family run campsite 1 mile from Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire. We are mainly a touring site but we do have areas for tents as well. Also, we have a 30 lodge development. A 9‑acre lake is the centrepiece of Croft Farm where you’ll see water sports happening every day including windsurfing, sailing, stand‑up paddle boarding and kayaking.

We are currently looking for trustworthy loyal staff to join our team for the 2026 season, March to October.

Your hours would be 40 per week each. You’ll need to be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own, have a good sense of humour and to undertake many varied tasks. You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays as required, so be prepared to be flexible with your hours and days of work.

• Cleaning our toilet & shower facilities
• Assist with turning around onsite accommodation

You’ll need to have good customer service skills, a can‑do attitude. A full UK driving licence is required.

• Free hard standing pitch for your motorhome or caravan. Metered electric is chargeable.
• Uniform will be provided and free use of the site laundry.
• Friendly dogs welcome.

Salary: £13.50 per hour (self employed)
