Cleaning Supervisor

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Working Cleaning Supervisor based in Ulster University Magee Campus.

The main purpose of the role for the Cleaning Supervisor is to ensure that Students Halls of residence is cleaned to the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.

Location:

• Ulster University – Magee University Student Halls of residence

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday 08:30-14:00hrs
• £14.41 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

• Clean/inspect all areas of student accommodation
• Ensure all areas of cleaning schedule/checklists are completed as required
• Clean Toilets/Washrooms
• Ensure safe and correct use of cleaning machinery and chemicals
• Comply with all health & safety regulations, manual handling, COSHH.
• Ensure the Team is achieving the required cleaning standards
• Ensuring Cleaning team are complying and adhering to policies procedures and instruction
• Conduct regular workplace inspections

Key Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning environment
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• The provision of customer service is paramount, and customer care is a key element of the role.
