This role is a vital, hands-on position supporting the safety, security, and functionality of our buildings and resources, while often also providing practical, and sometimes access-based, support for artists, staff and projects. If you are applying for this role, you should be able to commit to working some evenings and weekends.

• Building management support to include basic maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor and maintain standards or cleanliness and organisation at the storage unit.
• Equipment handling. Careful moving, handling and secure storage of equipment and props.
• Sourcing materials and equipment as required.
• Involvement in event crew activities including setting up, and de-rigging the Baby Top tent, and other Structures; supporting event logistics; moving equipment; basic technical support.
• Identify and complete relevant training opportunities.

• Able to drive and access to/own car.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as required.
• Be a team player with willingness to take direction but also a high level of initiative.
• Willingness to work flexible and anti-social hours.
• Willingness to meet the physical demand of the role.
• Experience of working on events.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety on event sites
• DIY and building maintenance experience
