You manage the relationship layer of Growth OS. Automation workflows, lead nurturing sequences, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing on Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Marketo. You don't send one-off emails — you turn every interaction into a system that makes the next one smarter.
What you'll operate:- Marketing automation workflow design and implementation
- Lead nurturing sequences and lifecycle marketing programmes
- Segmentation strategy and audience management
- CRM data hygiene and integration with Growth OS data infrastructure
- 2+ years in CRM or marketing automation with Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Marketo
- Experience designing multi-step nurture workflows and segmentation strategies
- Data-driven approach to lifecycle marketing — you optimise by cohort, not gut feeling
- You build relationship systems, not email campaigns.
