Role Summary We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong operational and production support experience to support the Enterprise Archive Team and internal healthcare customers. The role focuses on data processing, system operations, application support, and process optimization, with an emphasis on reliability, communication, and continuous improvement. The engineer will analyze incoming data, execute indexing and archival processes, support production environments, collaborate with analysts and customers, and proactively identify operational improvements.
Strong UNIX/Linux expertise with additional knowledge of BASH scripts and excellent communication skills are critical for success in this role. Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Enterprise Archive Team and internal customers.
Executing processes to index and archive data.
Collaborating on production support.
Offering feedback on process improvements.
- Support Enterprise Archive and internal customer systems
- Analyze incoming project and application data
- Apply and enforce data standards
- Collaborate with project analysts and stakeholders for data preparation
- Execute data indexing and archival workflows
- Track progress, issues, and deadlines
- Provide operational and production support
- Review incidents and reported issues and drive resolution
- Identify and implement process and workflow improvements
Maintain documentation and operational metrics - Participate in Agile and Dev Ops practices
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity
- Technical Skills UNIX / Linux Administration & Shell Scripting (BASH): 3–5+ years Server navigation, scripting, automation, troubleshooting Full Stack Development:
Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, ASP.NET, C#, C Process & Systems Analysis: 3–5+ years Navigating applications, workflows, and technical systems Production Support / Operations: 5+ years Incident management, monitoring, root cause analysis Code Management:
Git Hub (3+ years) Database & Data Processing:
MySQL, SQL, structured/unstructured data (3+ years) Python (Basic): 2+ years (good to have) LAMP Stack: 2+ years (good to have) Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP Monitoring & Logging Tools:
Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic (preferred) Containerization & CI/CD:
Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions (preferred) AI & Automation Skills (Required) All resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools, including:
Consistent Use:
Minimum 90% weekly usage of tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Applied Productivity:
Use AI for coding, documentation, analysis, and decision support Continuous Learning:
Stay current with evolving GenAI capabilities and apply best practices Domain & Business Skills Healthcare systems and application workflow experience (3+ years preferred) Data archiving, processing, and compliance awareness Operational-centric mindset Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to work in complex, regulated environments Excellent communication skills are the main requirement for this role. Ability to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Provide timely status updates and risk assessments Document processes, issues, and solutions Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams Support customers during production incidents Communicate expectations, progress, and deadlines professionally Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field(or equivalent professional experience)
