Salary: £45,000 (Depending on experience.)
Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Operations to oversee all operational aspects of Beech Hill Country House, an exclusive wedding and events venue. Ensuring flawless event delivery, exceptional guest service, and smooth coordination between all departments. The successful candidate will lead the daily operations of F&B, Housekeeping, and Reservations — driving profitability while maintaining a world‑class guest experience.

- Lead from the front during weddings, greeting key guests and supporting teams on the floor.
- Continuously refine the guest journey to deliver a seamless five‑star experience.
- Track and report Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Lead contingency planning and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Work with leadership to enhance service offerings and long‑term venue strategy.
- Implement innovative service solutions (e.g., guest apps, premium experiences).
- Contribute to venue upgrades and operational improvement projects.
- Proven track record in operational leadership within a luxury hospitality, weddings, or events environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen, including budget management and stock control experience.
- Calm, solution‑oriented approach under pressure with a passion for guest experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days as required.
