Support individuals to live safely and independently role involves assisting with all activities of adult daily living, including preparing meals, administering or prompting medication, and helping with mobility. We also provide emotional support and companionship, assist with household tasks and support individuals to access their communities, attend appointments and participate in social activities. Our aim is to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing whilst following individual care plans and maintaining safe respectful environments.
Responsibilities- Support individuals to live safely and independently at home.
- 6 months Paid or voluntary experience within the care sector.
