• Responsible for the setting out and technical aspects of the project
• Complete Quality Assurance Paperwork
• Implementing the Cad Design and ensuring no technical problems arise
• Overseeing the management of the project alongside the Site Manager

• Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
• SMSTS or SSSTS is preferred
• Experience setting out and overseeing Commercial projects
• Experience with CAD is essential
• Understanding of CAD and Microsoft Office
• Experience of multiple or large scale project delivery
• Experience of reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications
