Senior Project Quantity Surveyor

Lead commercial delivery on major civils projects across the UK & Ireland.

You’ll join a fast‑growing civil engineering contractor known for delivering complex infrastructure projects with speed, quality, and serious commercial discipline. The team has grown past 150 people, with major frameworks secured and long‑term expansion already underway. You’ll take full commercial ownership of high‑value civils projects from early cost planning to final account. This role is hands‑on, strategic, and central to project success.

• Leading commercial delivery across earthworks, deep digs, roads & highways
• Managing cost plans, forecasts, valuations, and financial reporting
• Running procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration
• Handling variations, compensation events, and change control
• Advising teams on NEC/JCT contracts and commercial risk
• Working closely with planners, estimators, engineers, and site teams
• Travelling 3 nights per week, with 1 hybrid day for flexibility
