Brand Administrator

The brand team are the first point of contact with HTI licensors, including the BBC, Disney and Paramount.

The role is to ensure that all products designed and sold have been reviewed by the licensors product development team and approved.

A love of toys and children's programming is essential.

• Work closely with Category & Buying managers and designers to ensure a solid understanding of product is developed.
• Submit to all product to licensors for review and approval.
• Coordination of licensing activities (approval processes, licensee database management, new licensee on-boarding, and communications (internal and external)
• Develop a knowledge and understanding of licensees and product categories
• Maintain various database and spreadsheet files – including licensee contact information, marketing support deliverables, contractual commitments
• Follow the product development process, ensuring that all targets are met and products submitted and managed through with the licensor
• Attend weekly calls with licensors
• Independently draft responses to general correspondence
• Assist with the planning and execution of special events, projects, meetings and conferences
• Attend and participate in product meetings

• An interest in toys and children's brands
• Good computer skills – excel (to pivot table level) / power point / word
• Highly organised and process driven
• Good communication skills – written and verbal and with good interpersonal skills.
• A desire to succeed and get the job done
• Experience working within a team is preferable
• Experience in toy industry/licensing industry preferable but not essential
