Customer Service Advisor

Simple Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a temporary opportunity with our client in Radstock.

• Managing administrative tasks to support daily operations, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinating and scheduling engineers’ workloads efficiently, using internal systems to allocate, track, and monitor assignments and job progress.
• Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, managing shared inboxes, logging service requests, and responding promptly to enquiries.
• Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally, updating internal databases to ensure accurate and timely information.

• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and internal databases
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to hit the ground running
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service at all times
