Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering exceptional facade solutions?

Options Resourcing have teamed up with a market leader in the UK’s specialized facades, drylining, and recladding sectors. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with major experience in the façade sector.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the in-house design department to assess material costs and fabrication expenses related to complex building facades.

Provide expert technical advice to clients on cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management throughout the project lifecycle.

Analyse and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring optimal pricing and quality.

Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures, providing regular reports to management.

Work closely with project teams to assess and manage potential risks and variations in project scope.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the facade or construction industry.

Strong understanding of facade components such as Rainscreen Cladding, Curtain Walling, and Windows.

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with facade design, fabrication, and installation processes.
