About the Role

A growing, innovative organisation in the life sciences sector is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the UK & Ireland team. This role is central to ensuring efficient, well-coordinated, and compliant business operations across the region.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operational activities while also coordinating major meetings, congresses, and internal events. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the smooth running of day-to-day business operations across the UK & Ireland team
  • Coordinate planning and logistics for meetings, congresses, and internal events
  • Provide administrative and operational support across multiple teams
  • Manage contracts, invoices, and purchase order processes
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements
  • Support the development and distribution of marketing and operational materials
  • Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of materials, including version control and reprints
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors to support operational activities
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Finance, Market Access, and Medical
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business operations, office management, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM systems, contract management, and finance processes is desirable
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a regulated industry is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
