The Commercial Sales Enablement Manager equips our global business development teams with the tools, insights, and support needed to build strong pipelines and convert opportunities into revenue. Working across commercial, product, and marketing functions, this role ensures sales teams are enabled with clear messaging, effective resources, and the knowledge required to position our solutions confidently.
Combining sales enablement, commercial operations support, and product launch coordination, this role plays a key part in driving consistency, strengthening collaboration, and enabling high-performing commercial teams across the Envision Pharma Group organisation.
We will consider candidates based in the US, UK, Portugal, Serbia, or Hungary for this exciting opportunity.
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? Role responsibilities Sales Enablement & Commercial Support- Partner with business development and revenue teams to ensure they have the tools, insights, and resources needed to build and convert a strong sales pipeline.
- Deliver training and guidance on products, solutions, and sales approaches to enhance commercial effectiveness.
- Support client-facing activities, including demonstrating EPG products and capabilities where appropriate.
- Contribute to account planning by documenting discussions, tracking actions, and ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Coordinate cross‑functional product rollouts, tracking milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables to ensure successful launches.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams to align messaging and ensure launch readiness.
- Develop and maintain high‑quality sales enablement materials, including product factsheets, presentations, and supporting collateral.
- Ensure product updates and value propositions are communicated clearly and consistently across commercial teams.
- Maintain key trackers, dashboards, and planning tools to support marketing and commercial operations.
- Monitor progress against priorities, identifying risks or delays and escalating where needed.
- Organise and maintain shared enablement resources, ensuring teams have access to up‑to‑date materials.
- Support the development of consistent processes, documentation, and enablement standards.
- Act as a central coordination point between product, marketing, and commercial teams to support effective execution.
- Align global stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales enablement practices and ways of working.
- Experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, product enablement, or supporting business development teams.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in cross‑functional, matrixed environments.
- Experience supporting global commercial or revenue‑generating teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in life sciences, healthcare, technology, or professional services is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, or marketing platforms.
