*** Relocation Required!*** A unique vacancy has arisen for an experienced Automotive Aftersales Manager to join our client’s vehicle dealership; assistance with relocation will be provided.
Aftersales Manager Working in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and enhancing productivity. Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external departments including OEM’s Managing a productive multibrand Aftersales department, creating a hospitable and customer focused atmosphere for colleagues and customers Ensuring optimum levels of customer satisfaction and retention are maintained Proactively keeping abreast of Market trends, enhancing productivity, encouraging team work Ensuring budgetary targets are met or exceeded and all departments are working to company and manufacturer standards

• An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience of managing a large service department
• Proven experience of having successful working relationships with colleagues
• A proactive “hands on” structured approach, guiding, supporting, motivating, encouraging, valuing and appreciating the contribution of each team member
• Have a structured, detail orientated, methodical, approach, with the ability to efficiently manage the workflow
• Manufacturer Certifications will be advantageous and a holder of a Full Driving Licence
