Responsibilities
  • To provide administrative and clerical support to the Director and Heads of Service.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade A-C or equivalent level of qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an administrative environment. Applicants who do not possess the above academic qualification will be considered if they can demonstrate 3 years’ experience as outlined above.
  • Dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Diary management.
  • Arranging meetings and taking minutes.
  • Use of Microsoft Office applications.
