We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to support our Accounts Manager in a full-time role based in North West, Northern Ireland. This position is well suited to someone with strong administrative skills who is comfortable working in a busy office and operational environment.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide day‑to‑day administrative and procurement support, assist with supplier coordination, and support the shipment, receipt, and tracking of materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts Manager
  • Assist with the procurement of materials and services
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Handle and track shipments of materials, including associated documentation
  • Maintain accurate records for purchases, deliveries, and inventory
  • Support invoicing and general accounts‑related administration
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties as required
  • Make travel arrangements and manage necessary bookings
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confidence liaising with suppliers and external contacts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience supporting an accounts or finance function
  • Knowledge of procurement processes
  • Experience with logistics, shipping, or goods‑in documentation
  • Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems
