This landscaping role receives a competitive hourly pay of $25-$28

When working, you have the opportunity to start your day bright and early! Your typical working hours are from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm with all of our service areas within 30 minutes of the office.

As you join our landscaping team as a Landscape Construction - Hardscape Foreman, your day starts with a quick team huddle, where you brief your crew on the day's plans and review the blueprints together. With a clear vision in mind, you lead your team through the tasks ahead, from setting pavers to building retaining walls, ensuring every detail matches the design specifications.

You operate and maintain various tools, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely. Throughout the day, you stay in touch with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied with the progress. As winter approaches, you're ready to shift gears, overseeing snow removal and salting operations to keep everything running safely through the cold months.

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping construction and hardscaping
• Proven experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of hardscape construction techniques and materials
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Current DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one
