* Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality team, including Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors.
* Own site quality strategy and KPIs, driving performance improvement across all products and processes.
* Serve as the voice of the customer within the plant and advocate for zero‑defect manufacturing.
* Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
* Ensure proper use of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC across the organization.
* Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, Five Why, and other problem‑solving methodologies.
* Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction through Lean and Six Sigma principles in addition to other effective problem solving tools.
* Support launch readiness, new product introduction, and process capability improvements.#

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in quality roles within automotive, metal stamping, or manufacturing environments.
* Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
* Proven leadership experience and strong problem‑solving skills.
* Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
* Experience working in a high-volume automotive environment.
