- Unit Staffing:
Mixed patient population, open ICU, goal staffing 4 RNs 24/7 - Equipment: GE B650 cardiac monitors, vents, Gaymar cooling
- Documentation System:
Meditech - Scheduling:
Self–scheduling encouraged, EOW, OT ok if available, flexible scheduling - Floating: ICU may float to critical care or intermediate care areas when needed

Experience:
AIDET validation during orientation, focus on Nurse Communication, whiteboard use, hourly rounding, bedside care conference/hand–off

Profile
Requested Skill Set: Medical and Surgical ICU experience. ACLS/BLS required. AIBP experience & CCRN preferred.
Procedures Performed on Unit: Ventilator care, Therapeutic Hypothermia, PCI/STEMI, IABP, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, TEE/cardioversion, temp pacer, Sepsis, Stroke/TPA, DKA. ICU RNs are responders for Code Blue and Rapid Response Team.
Dress Code: Professional scrubs and appearance at all times.
