Position: School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Derry, New Hampshire
A school-based registered nurse is needed to provide healthcare support and nursing care at an elementary school in Derry, NH. This is a contract position covering a leave of absence, from now through Christmas break. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, timely care to students and staff within the school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and health assessments to students
• Manage and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Respond to health emergencies and injuries promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student well-being
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Experience in school nursing preferred
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with children and school personnel
• Familiarity with pediatric health issues and emergency response procedures
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM to 2:45 PM
