Maintenance Technician Environment Testing

Schedule is Mon-Fri 7:30am
-4:30pm. Overtime as needed. Compensation is $19-21/hour plus benefits.

Eurofins Environment Testing is looking for a Maintenance Technician in our Derry, New Hampshire laboratory.

• Removes trash and recyclables from all laboratory areas daily.
• Separates recyclable trash into appropriate bins.
• Performs daily maintenance activities.
• Stocks all copy machines with paper daily.
• Serves as a back-up for shipping and receiving department
• Prepare bottle kits with chemicals as needed
• Drive to client sites to pick up samples Tuesday - Friday morning
• All other duties as assigned by Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High school Chemistry or Biology coursework a plus
• Basic laboratory experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills and relate well to people in direct communication
• Consciousness of and a positive attitude toward quality, service and safety procedures
• Hazardous Waste training will be provided
• Material training will be provided.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Must have a valid US drivers license without recent incident.
  Will drive company provided vehicle.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Please note - Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
