Performs delegated patient care tasks and clerical unit duties. These include but are not limited to: transporting patients, maintaining cleanliness of equipment, performing some aspects of patient care, providing patient registration support, ordering and stocking supplies, running errands, and entering orders in the Meditech system, performing EKG's, splinting and phlebotomy.

• Promotes internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Builds and promotes a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Attendance: works as scheduled and is compliant with Attendance and Tardiness Policy.
• Daily operations of POCT. This includes but it not limited to: decision making, response to problems, error identification and corrective action.
• Perform quality control and maintenance on laboratory analyzers and POCT.
• Preform laboratory testing and POCT applicable to the FSED

Active National of Emergency Medical Technicians certification at the Basic or Intermediate level and New Hampshire EMT license or Certified Nurse Assistant with active New Hampshire LNA license required.

Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of the beginning of employment.

CPI certification within 30 days of the beginning of employment.
