And now, we’re looking for our next Property Manager to join the Dereham Lettings team.

We want someone who’s not just looking for a job, but a career. You’ll already have solid experience in property management and lettings, and you’ll thrive in a role where every day brings something different, interesting and often fast-paced.

You’ll be:

• Experienced in property management & lettings (essential)
• Propertymark qualified ideally (but not essential - we’ll support you)
• A genuine team player with a calm, friendly, consistent approach
• Strong on lettings legislation (including the upcoming Renters Rights Act
  )
• Professional & confident on the phone
• Tech-savvy (Goodlord & Street CRM experience a real bonus)
• Comfortable attending appointments out of the office
• Capable of managing a busy workload under pressure
• Looking to grow with us
  , not just sit still

And most importantly, someone who can build and nurture exceptional relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues.
