The Company:

Our client is a leading provider of complex healthcare to children, covering the Norfolk and Suffolk area. Their staff are trained to ensure the safety of their service users and to provide the highest quality of care.

The Role:

They are currently looking for a Paediatric Nurse split between office based and community visits. You will have a client case load based in Norfolk and Suffolk to provide ongoing visits to create care and support plans, undertake annual support reviews, risk assessments, inductions, supervisions, staff training and other visits necessary to keep the person safe.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assessment of New care packages
Care Planning & Risk Assessing
Communicating with MDT’s and other professionals
Supporting complex care teams to enable Patients to achieve their aspirations and goals
Managing Complex healthcare packages and leading teams to achieve individual’s goals and aspirations
Liaising with Commissioners and funders
Teaching and Training of new support staff

The individual will also be required to monitor and develop the teams own progress and monitor the service as a whole.

Experience

Required:

Professional Registration with Active NMC PIN (RSCN OR Dual RSCN and RGN)

Experience of supporting Children with complex needs
Good communication skills
Tracheostomy and ideally Enteral feeding and Ventilation
Ability to demonstrate leadership
Drive to achieve better care delivery
