Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Management Accountant located in Dereham, Norfolk. The Management Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accruals, and performing various accounting tasks. The individual will also conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus
• Experience with financial software and tools
